Dear Waughen Family,

Bob and I wanted to be there today to celebrate the life of a couple that truly were soul mates. It is so rare in this time to find a couple with that kind of bond. Your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers and please know that Ceril and Nancy are thought of often and will be missed.
