Beverly M. Trivelpiece

1925 - 2015

Beverly M. Trivelpiece, 90, of Hepburn St. Milton, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at her home.

Born in Jerseytown on May 22, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Lucy Anabelle (Bartlow) Reese.  She married Larue Trivelpiece Sr. on December 24, 1942.  They were married for 64 years until his death in 2007.

Beverly worked for the Milton Shoe Factory in her early years.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Milton. 

She is survived by two daughters Donzella Engleman and her husband Larry and Lily Mae Trivelpiece all of Milton; a son Larue Trivelpiece Jr. and his wife Andrea of Watsontown; four grandsons Scott Engleman, Kevin Engleman, Brent Trivelpiece and Todd Trivelpiece; three step grandchildren Luke Moore,  Josh Moore and Amy McMasters; four great grandchildren; five step great grandchildren; and a brother Paul Reese of Hibbs.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three daughters Laura Mae Trivelpiece, Sharon Rose Trivelpiece, and Wilma Trivelpiece; a son Wayne Trivelpiece; two sisters Carmen Reese and Doris Snyder; and three brothers Harry Reese, Walter Reese and Donald Reese.

Friends and relatives will be received on Wednesday, December 30 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church 316 Golf Course Road, Milton.  Funeral services will begin at 11:00 with her pastor the Rev. Jamie Dries and the Rev. Donald Harbaugh officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hughesville.

Arrangements are under the care of the Shaw Funeral Home 400 N. Front St. Milton.

Memorial contributions in Beverly’s name may be made to the Memorial Fund of the First Baptist Church 316 Golf Course Rd. Milton, PA 17847; or to the Hospice of Evangelical 1 Hospital Dr. Lewisburg, PA 17837.
